The bloodstains on the bed were shocking. The staff was accommodating, but lacking essential items like coffee cups and towels turned our stay uncomfortable.

Check-in was seamless, and I appreciated the friendly staff who made my arrival feel welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities that exceeded my expectations for the price. Breakfast offered a decent variety with waffles, cereals, and juices. However, some facility aspects, like the lack of changing rooms by the pool and insufficient coffee supplies in my room, left room for improvement.

The room was super spacious with comfy beds, and my kids had an absolute blast in the pool, especially when they turned on the colorful lights just for them! Plus, the breakfast spread was great with plenty of choices to fuel us for the day. Just a heads up, the shower could be tricky for little ones since it’s a bit slippery, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 😊

Surprisingly nice stay!
We stayed for a couple nights and thought it wouldn’t be great at first—place looked kinda shabby. The room was actually super cozy and the breakfast was tasty with good options. Just wish they had an elevator, dragging bags up all those stairs was a pain. The picnic area was a nice touch though!

We stayed here with our kiddo and enjoyed the inviting indoor pool on our rainy getaway. The friendly staff immediately made us feel welcome, and the cozy lodge-style lobby was a nice touch. Having the comfort of a clean room with good Wi-Fi made our experience better.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were lacking. They wished for more variety beyond just waffles to keep the kids satisfied and energized for our adventures.

The stay was quite enjoyable overall. The location was perfect for our plans, as we were close to Burt Lake State Park and enjoyed being able to visit local attractions like the Cross In The Woods National Shrine. The indoor pool was a nice amenity after a long day, and the staff was accommodating during our stay. However, I did find the mattress to be a bit worn out, which made sleeping less comfortable than I'd hoped.
